Appliance Tips
- To keep your dryer running efficiently, clean your lint trap after each load. Also periodically check your dryer vent for blockage.
- Run your dishwasher with a full load, but not overloaded.
- Keep coils and condenser area of your refrigerator free of dust.
- Keep refrigerator compartment between 36-38 degrees F and freezer between 0-5 degrees F.
- Wash and dry full loads of laundry. If you are washing a small load use the appropriate water level.
- Check your breakers before making a service call.
Air Conditioning Tips
- Clean or replace air filters monthly.
- HVAC manufacturers recommend maintenance every 6 months to allow your system

- Keep outside condenser free of leaves and debris.
Homes with Humidistats
- Humidistats should always be left in the "ON" position during the entire period of your stay.
If the heating/cooling system is not operating make sure the humidistat is set in the "ON" position.
Thermostats should never be turned lower than 72 degrees F. If you are leaving for a long period of
time (more than 1 week) humidistat should be turned to 65% and thermostat should be left at 78 degrees F.
